  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent, unresolvable technical issues directly attributable to CatchIQ that prevent you from using the core functionality of the Service, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 14 days) after you report the issue.
  • Billing Errors: In cases of proven billing errors or duplicate charges.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with features or performance that are clearly described on our website or during the sales process.
  • Failure to utilize the Service after subscription.
  • Cancellation of your subscription mid-billing cycle (you will retain access until the end of the current paid period).
  • Changes in business needs or strategy.
  • Any reason other than the exceptional circumstances listed above.
